Produce elevben verified views follow standards outlined in the Verified Views Methodology document taken from agreed locations around the Animate Preston project in 2016 1nd 2021.

Project Details

Demolition of existing structures and comprehensive redevelopment to comprise Class D2 cinema, Class A3-A4 cafe/restaurant uses, Class A1 kiosk and multi-storey car park with associated hard/soft landscaping servicing and access from Ringway and Tenterfield Street.

The following images were created as the baseline photography for the verified views used to support part of the Animate Preston planning application which was granted in 2016, the updated and modified scheme was granted in 2021.
