Project Downloads

Project downloads are supplied as a link to a secure Dropbox directory which holds all of the clients projects. For security this can be password protected and the password set to expire after a set period of time if requested. This link can also be cancelled and replaced at any time if the client feels thet the supplied link is no longer secure.

Within the client directory each project has a unique directory with five sub-directories that the clients get full access to.

  • Client Information - This folder contains a pdf of the quote for the project along with a Field of View Study to confirm the shot location and which lenses will be used.
  • Proof Images - A selection of small low resolution jpegs to enable the client to select the required image. These are small enough to be emailed (if required) or a link to just this folder can be supplied.
  • Survey Information - Once the images have been selected a full size jpeg is created in this directory along with a set of documentation images to assist the surveyor in finding the location and marking up the survey point cloud. This folder also contains a kmz file with all of the viewpoints marked.
  • CGI Information - Full size Tiff files (or JPEGS if requested) of the selected images are created and placed in this directory along with equipment and setup specs required for the CGI workflow.
  • Verified View Information - The Method Statement along with any required photographic supporting evidence is placed in this directory.

As the project progresses the surveyor and CGI company are given access to their specific directory thereby maintaining the security of other client projects.

Images and data can be supplied on DVD or USB stick via post but this obviously takes longer and has additional costs.
