Project Details
Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide a replacement part 4 part 5 and part 18 storey building comprising 920m2 (GIA) of retail uses (Class A1, A2 A3), 164m2 (GIA) of office use (Class B1) and 110 residential units (Class C3) including a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units with associated basement car parking, cycle storage, plant and shared external amenity space at first and fifth floor level and other ancillary works.
Delivered Images
The following images were created as the baseline photography for the verified views used to support part of the Park Parade Mansion planning application which was granted in 2021. The first two viewpoints were photogrphed using both 24mm and 17mm lenses due to the proximity and height of the building. This allows the client to choose which image best represents the design.
