Warmsley Apartments - Lower Sydenham

Contract Requirement

Produce eighteen verified views follow standards outlined in the Verified Views Methodology document taken from agreed locations around the Warmsley Apartments project. Please note that the 2016 component of this project was instructed in early Decenber with a very short deadline resulting in limited choices of weather. The 2018 reshoot had a longer lead time enabling nicer weather to be selected and showing the ongoing development of local projects near to Lower Sydenham station.

Project Details

Demolition of existing buildings and comprehensive redevelopment of the site to provide new buildings ranging from five to nine storeys in height comprising 159 residential units (Use Class C3), 1,990 sq m commercial floorspace (Use Class B1a-c), residents gym (Use Class D2), together with associated car and cycle parking, landscaping and infrastructure works.
