Contract Requirement

Produce twelve verified views follow standards outlined in the Verified Views Methodology document taken from agreed locations around the Stanhope House project. Please note that this project was instructed in early January with a very short deadline resulting in the low sun, short days and long shadows.

Project Details

Demolition of existing building and construction of building for mixed use development comprising retail (class a1) use (levels 0 and 1) and Student Accommodation (256 study bedrooms in a combination of cluster flats and studios - levels 1-18) with associated basement storage (cycle parking/bin storage/plant room).
