Contract Requirement

Produce five verified views follow standards outlined in the Verified Views Methodology document taken from agreed locations around the Hartfield Road project.

Project Details

Requesting full planning permission for the demolition of the existing two storey building on the Site and the erection of a new seven storey building to comprise a hotel (Use Class C1) with ancillary restaurant (Use Class A3) at ground floor level. The proposed hotel will offer a total of 150 bedrooms and the ancillary restaurant facility will be capable of accommodating up to 92 covers.
