Bishops Gate Student Accommodation - Coventry

Contract Requirement

Produce twenty verified views from four locations following standards outlined in the Verified Views Methodology document taken from agreed locations around the Bishops Gate, Coventry site. As the client wanted to have the option to use different fields of view the images some were shot with a mixture of 17mm, 24mm and 50mm lenses from each location.

Project Details

Redevelopment of the site for student accommodation and two commercial units at ground floor (Use classes A1, A3, A4 or A5) together with on-site car parking and servicing areas and associated landscaping and services infrastructure. Three student accommodation towers consisting of 725 ensuite studio and twin-studio flats. Located within the heart of Coventry it is only 10 minutes walk from the Hub, 15 minutes from the Library and 10 minutes from the train station. Its central location means that the city centre is only 5 minutes walk away.
